Terrible place. The staff dont care about the patients. The weekend/holiday staff are the worst. If you have an elderly parent or anything don’t have them placed here. You will be grossly disappointed.

I see lots of reviews here but the staff are pretty nice and very helpful. The building is not the most modern one but there is always free parking around and it’s located very close to downtown. I have been to a few other places like this (unfortunately) but this one has been of the good ones so far. Food is not good though, but there is always ice cream here. Just please remember, the first few nights are always very tough on the new residents, so try to be there for your loved ones and comfort them as much as you can so they can have an easier transition. Good luck and all the best❤️ UPDATE: After three months of having our dad here, I’m lowering my review from 4 stars to 2 because the food is just terrible and the alarm in the hallway is just extremely loud and annoying. The nurses have been pretty awesome and consistent.

The staff are lazy and don't care for the residents leave them in soiled diapers for hours. The food is not prepared or stored correctly. Nurse won't te take there job seriously. And deny when confronted. They place won't listen to residents complaints just sweep it under the carpet. They can't even answer a question EMS ask like what meds is the resident on they can't answer it.
