While the Quality of Services was good. The No Shows and consistent lateness and early leaving of Staff is highly unprofessional. The lack of respect to clients in regard to no communication unless initiated by Client is absolutely not okay.

What started as decent service a few years ago turned rapidly into a complete disregard for care. No shows on a regular basis and Grace could not be bothered to return calls. Even when cancelling service, they could not be bothered to return the key.

We have used Grace Mobile Care for about 6 years. During that time Grace has provided us with well trained givers. She is responsive to our needs and works hard to get a good fit between the caregiver and the cared person. We recommend her to anyone needing a caregiver. Barry Brookes
