I have been using GTA Caring Solutions service for my parents, and I am truly grateful for the outstanding care they receive. Every caregiver who comes to help them is incredibly professional, compassionate, and patient. They have extensive experience working with Alzheimer's and dementia patients, and they always go above and beyond to make sure my parents are comfortable, engaged, and happy. They don't just provide basic care, but they take the time to connect personally, whether it's playing games, going for walks, or simply offering companionship and kindness. Their dedication means so much to our family. The agency itself is very well organized and reliable. Whenever a caregiver is unavailable, I am informed promptly, and they always arrange a replacement right away. It's reassuring to know that my parents are in such caring and capable hands. Poor service for elderly people Strongly not recomended Case manager Nona provides a lot of false statements and not cooperating with relatives of clients in order to provide a acceptable level of service for the elderly clients. Nona requires from housekeepers to block thear phone and not respond to client's relatives even in case of emergency. No PSW working in the agency, but housekeepers with poor experience level.
