We have had a great experience with all their staff. They are caring and treated my parents with nothing but kindness and respect. All the girls have gone above and beyond. I hope if I need the service someday I have a team this great. Thank you so much for all your help and support with my parents. Richard

I only worked at Happy at Home for about 3 months, but I honestly wouldn’t recommend it. A lot of things that were discussed during hiring didn’t end up matching my actual experience. There was talk about raises after a few months based on performance, but that never happened. They also offer extra hours to make it seem like you can get full-time hours, but many of those hours are split shifts, which makes it really hard to have any work-life balance. Communication was also frustrating at times. Expectations seemed to change depending on who you spoke with, and it often felt like employees were expected to adapt to constant changes with very little notice. It created a lot of unnecessary stress. One thing that stood out to me was how much they talk about consistency for clients, yet there didn’t seem to be much consistency within the administration office itself. There appeared to be a lot of turnover, and it was difficult to know who to contact because people seemed to come and go frequently. Overall, I left feeling disappointed because the job wasn’t what I expected based on what was presented during the hiring process. I really wanted it to work out, but my experience was more frustrating than positive. Of course, this is just my personal experience, but I would not choose to work there again.

What to say...Happy at Home Healthcare Services were amazing with our Mom! Even though it was only a short time it felt longer because they settled in quickly. We came to know of Happy at Home from a friend that was already using the service and were so happy. When I finally made the call, Tiffany & TC dealt with everything. I felt a bit guilty to leave, but thankfully my siblings reassured me that I was not to feel guilty and Mom is being cared for. Tiffany came out to meet with us and found the staff that was going to work with our crazy home life. Rita & Hannah fit in so well. We even got Hannah used to our big dog. Hopefully, she is still not afraid of dogs. Mom was so funny as I had to make sure one of the gals made her bed the way she wanted it made...let's just say the fold on the corners were spot on haha. Rita did dishes and vacuumed once a week. Mom was resistant to having a bath one day and Hannah talked her into it and she was so happy that she dried between her toes. It's the little things that truly made our hearts warm. Whether you need end of life care, senior companionship, assistance with aging parents that have appointments give Happy at Home Healthcare Services a call! A weight will be lifted off your shoulders. Thank you so much for all that you did for Mom!
