I cannot say enough terrible things about Hardy Terrace, but our most recent encounter involved getting a phone call and going to see our grandma, then us taking her by ambulance to the hospital because of the disgusting care. They took her off all her meds without telling us and suggested we “let her go”. They did not inform us she had a fever, infection, bloody urine, and could hardly breathe. They had documented problems two weeks ahead of time and failed to notify us. The paramedic was shocked and made many comments about how terrible the situation was. Not only are most of the staff full of attitude (shout out to Christine who is amazing, that’s it) but they do not do their jobs until it’s too late. This does not include the bed sores, previous fevers and UTIs from her catheter. I would never have any family member stay here again. It has been over a year of disgusting behaviour.

I have a Sister Peggy there currently, my Aunt, Uncle and MIL have all been there over the last 25 years. I have nothing but great things to say about Hardy Terrace. The food is good, portions are more than adequate. Snacks a plenty

Not a good place if you don't have dementia. My boyfriend was in there to recover from a stroke and came out and had to be put on medication for depression. Half the time he couldn't eat as meals were so bad and a few times meals were not enough for everyone.
