Could not speak more highly of the staff of this retirement home. The staff was extremely helpful in getting my father into a very nice room, the whole facility was spotless, Talking to the residents many stated the facility was extremely well run, food was excellent, and watching the residents enjoy many activities while I was there was impressive. Thanks for all the help in aiding my father.

I have a family friend who just as of yesterday (may 22nd) moved into this facility. And I am actually disgusted to hear that it was suggested to wait to put cable their room to force them to come out of their room. And that they were not allowed to have a cell phone and only a landline to help prevent the spread of seniors scams. Like yes the idea is nice but if the facility isn’t paying for the bills why even suggest these type of things. For the amount paid a month it seems more like a children’s camp where you have to earn your privileges rather than live the rest of your life out in joy. Really makes me question this facility.

Place is filthy. I wonder how much this has contributed to the constant outbreaks? Physio is next to non existent ,contrary to the standards of long term care we expected from our tour,this place is lacking in all areas. So tired of the excuses of staff shortages,when they never schedule enough workers in the first place. Think twice about choosing this for you loved ones. On the positive side,there are a few very nice permanent workers, a few not so much and a few that have no clue. The one on one temporary workers are all excellent. In the past they were able to help with personal care but now they are only allowed to be companions.
