My father was at Harmony Hills Toronto for 13 weeks before he passed away. During that time, he received nothing but excellent care, 24/7. When watching staff members deal with other residents, without them knowing we were watching, they gave the other residents the same amount of care. They have many activities, and the musicians who came in gave my father great joy. They brought a bed to his room so we could stay with him during his last days. During this time they catered to us, as well, offering food and drink in the middle of the night. We felt like royalty. They were respectful and genuinely upset when he passed. We are so happy he got into Harmony Hills when he needed it the most. I would highly recommend this facility.
