Beautiful home. Very clean. Residents seem happy and staff is very attentive

The staff were helpful and courteous. When we first walked in, there was entertainment in the lobby. That was a delight to see so many residents enjoying the music and singing along to "Sweet Caroline". A staff person also refrigerated the dessert we brought for Velma, and labelled the plate. That was very thoughtful!

Village of Humber Heights LTC Tour My mother and I attended a tour conducted by Joanne Hernandez. We were both thoroughly impressed with Joanne's knowledge of the facility and residents. We have attended a few tours and always have so many questions. We had no questions after our tour with Joanne! She has the ability to anticapte the needs of her audience, is caring and radiates positive energy! We left the tour fully informed of the facility and feel the culture at the village of humber heights is exactly what our loved one needs. Thank you Joanne!
