This was a great company until they changed the their booking system. Not sure how they expect seniors to use an online system that is so complicated and poorly managed. Caring for our seniors should be about taking care of them personally and helping to make life easier for them not harder.

I've used HH often but their shoddy booking system just screwed up a booking I made just 2 weeks ago for a ride to the hospital for an echocardiogram of my heart. Such an important appointment!! Not sure if I can get another ride. In a wheelchair so need a van.

This company is unreliable and disrespectful. I have been on service for many years but I’ve only been with Helping Hands for less Then a year, but so far, it has not been a good experience.They either call shortly before a scheduled appointment to cancel or they schedule me for an appointment when they already know that I have another one. The PSW‘s are great when they are here. I can only have showers when they come because I have to have someone here in case of a fall. I have gone as long as a week and a half without a shower. I have never been so disappointed in a company that is supposed to look after seniors and the most vulnerable in our society. Something in this company needs to change.
