I've used HH often but their shoddy booking system just screwed up a booking I made just 2 weeks ago for a ride to the hospital for an echocardiogram of my heart. Such an important appointment!! Not sure if I can get another ride. In a wheelchair so need a van.

Not available when needed: cuts us out of evening events if you you use these guys you need to be in before the teens do. No rides after 8:30

This company is unreliable and disrespectful. I have been on service for many years but I’ve only been with Helping Hands for less Then a year, but so far, it has not been a good experience.They either call shortly before a scheduled appointment to cancel or they schedule me for an appointment when they already know that I have another one. The PSW‘s are great when they are here. I can only have showers when they come because I have to have someone here in case of a fall. I have gone as long as a week and a half without a shower. I have never been so disappointed in a company that is supposed to look after seniors and the most vulnerable in our society. Something in this company needs to change.
