I can’t even say enough wonderful things to truly describe this place. From the moment we came in we were treated with the utmost warmth and respect by the staff. The facility is a calm and welcoming environment and we felt no worry having my family stay here. What really stands out is the front desk staff; these kind, soft spoken members answered all my questions and left no space for doubt. I hope my kiddos leave me here when they can’t take care of me! ☺️

My mother-in-law was placed here a while back, after a hospital stay. We brought here home after one day!! Not enough staff to care for elderly. Run down, two people per room. All she did was cry.. It has a reputation of being the worst in Surrey. Now Im looking at another family member being placed. Sure as hell won’t be here.

We were very happy with our experience and the care for our Grandfather. Every staff member met us with the same kindness and compassion. While dealing with an emotionally difficult situation, they made every step easier. Great communication and exceptional care.
