There are a lot of home care companies popping up, but I have never seen such care and professionalism as I have with my recent experience with Home Instead Oakville. From the great staff ( mostly dealt with the amazing Claudia ) to the owner, they are a caring and courteous group. The owner really took a hands n and empathetic approach and clearly understands what people and families are going I am so thankful to have been helped by such an wonderful group

I have a deep appreciation for the Home Instead Oakville team. They have found exceptional care companions for my father for the past 4 years. His ever changing health issues that included dementia were well supported. As the daughter, I sometimes called in tears from the ER and found empathy and support in their staff (Michelle 💕). You all have incredible hearts. Their caregivers are lovely, well trained and continue to learn how to support seniors. I highly recommend! Home Instead has become part of our extended family and much more. I have learned to rely on this organization of caregivers to the extent that I totally trust leaving my daughter in their care with no hesitation. Before using Heme Instead, my life was extremely hectic and always full of responsibilities that I needed to look after. With time this takes a toll on anyone who is involved in a care giving situation. No one really knows how tough it is being a care giver! Home Instead has provided me with both excellent service and a personal new life experience. A relief that is so welcome! For this, I am extreme thankful for their well organized service and care for my wonderful daughter. It’s like a new life experience! Thank you.
