We were in a frantic search to find care for my mother-in-law while her husband was in the hospital. She needed help with transportation, errands, meal prep, and companionship. After looking at several companies, Home Instead stood out. They were able to accommodate the days and hours we needed, and any concerns were handled quickly and kindly. Kevin in the office is amazing—so helpful, responsive, and genuinely caring. Most importantly, my in-laws built a great connection with their caregivers, which made a stressful time much easier. Highly recommend!

I have been using Home Instead for almost 2 years for both of my parents. One is in long term care and the other is living at home. The same care person works with both and has been phenomenal. She's really gotten to know them and has very successfully customized care for their different circumstances. I would not be able to manage without her. The management team is great. Always in contact and passing along messages so concerns, issues and plans are always managed well. The team is very flexible, which is helpful when things come up.

Home Instead (and especially caregiver Maggie) deserve many thanks for the extraordinary care and kindness shown to our mother. Despite my mother's medical issues and slide into dementia, she was able to remain in her beloved home to age 91 - longer than we ever thought possible—and to do so with dignity, comfort, and even joy. The cheerfulness, patience, and support shown by the caregivers, and their ability to notice and solve problems, made all the difference. They didn’t just provide care—they brought warmth, calm, and a sense of security that meant so much to my mother (and to my mother's three sons knowing that she was well looked after). We’re especially grateful that two caregivers are continuing to visit now that my mother has transitioned to a long term care facility. The continuity of these relationships is a great comfort to my mother and I love seeing her face light up every time she sees her caregiver again.
