  We are very happy with the Right at Home care team. They help us support our 101 year old Mother. The Care workers are efficient, prompt, kind, patient, encouraging and supportive. Mom feels very comfortable and safe with them. We appreciate the communication before and after each appointment. We highly recommend Right at Home to help care for your loved ones.

  This is an excellent seniors care organization helping people age where they live. The Right at Home Services of Surrey White Rock have brought our family a great sense of safety and security around the care for our mother who awaits her transition to long term care. Weekly visits from an assigned caregiver allows for a wide range of care needs that can vary from week to week and in our situation augments other services. Mom and her caregiver have quickly developed a great rapport and trust, assisting with many tasks and organization made difficult by hearing and vision loss, and many health issues. Time is also spent offering companionship, guided walks and great solutions to make everyday living easier and safer. Mom copes much better with her many physical losses and has reduced anxiety with their care. Most importantly the team was also available at a critical time when family could not be there. We needed help transferring mom from the hospital back to home and getting her settled safely and her routine comfortably re-established with the other care providers, pharmacy, meals, and more. Peace of mind for all knowing she was not alone and was successfully set up to carry on back at home. They operate as a well trained, well informed team, who consult with family and who report back thoroughly. Our team of providers are always pleasant and thoughtful and ready with a range of support that can be tailored and adapted to the client and family needs and as changing circumstances require. I highly recommend this service to others with similar care needs. I

  I had a wonderful experience working with right at home. The team was supportive, professional, and genuinely cared about both their employees and the clients they serve. I learned a lot during my time here and always felt respected and valued. The work environment was positive, collaborative, and enjoyable, making each day rewarding. I am grateful for the opportunities, experiences, and friendships I gained while working with this organization.
