In my Dad’s final weeks, Ian Anderson House became a place of peace, comfort and love for all of us. The other reviews calling the staff “angels on earth” could not be more true. They cared for my Dad (Dan) with such compassion and tenderness, as if he were their own family. They carried my Mom, my sisters and I through the darkest weeks of our lives with grace, kindness and endless support. There are no words that can truly express the depth of our gratitude to everyone at IAH.

Undeniably one of the most beautiful places to be when you or your loved one is leaving this Earth. Only earth angels work and volunteer here; at least that was our experience. Pure love 🤍, kindness and compassion abounds throughout the hospice, and from the doctors, nurses, personal support workers (PSWs) and volunteers as well. We felt honoured, privileged and blessed to be able to bring mom here. Thank you for taking exceptional care of mom, and each of us from the moment we arrived until it was time for us go. This was the view we had when mom took her last breaths which was from our perspective: heaven on earth.

This place is heaven on earth. Right from staff to volunteers to PSW’s are so humble, gentle , polite , compassionate and caring. They looked after my mother in law like their own mother . They cared not just about the patient but also us. Gods bless this place and the staff. They made end of life for my mother in law very peaceful.
