I have worked for INTEGRAcare as a PSW for just over two years, and have had tremendous support from the care coordinators, and staff. Recently one of our clients required last minute overnight care, the following is a message I sent to a care coordinator. “ C, I just wanted to say that I’m pretty sure that pulling an overnight shift is not in your contract, however, I completely understand your commitment and dedication to a client like Mrs. M. She is one special lady, in many ways! That compassion is exactly why you are so valued at INTEGRAcare and I, for one, am very glad you are my care-coordinator. Please let me know how Mrs. M is doing when you can!” From the initial orientation and mentorship program INTEGRAcare offers its new hires, to the regular feedback and training available to all the care providers, not only is INTEGRAcare a great place to work, but provides high quality, dedicated and individual care to all its clients. I am proud to say I work for them and have recommended their services to a number of family and friends.

It is with MUCH gratitude that I write this Google review - to publicly recognize Integracare (Toronto) for going ABOVE & BEYOND for one of my clients and their family this week. Under extraordinary circumstances and with limited notice, Bethel, Stephanie, Fritzie (sp?) and the rest of the team were able to arrange PSW care (and Nursing oversight) that was exactly as requested; flexible, professional, competent, and compassionate. I can't thank you enough!
