Had a very bad experience with one of the staff, her name was Susan Harden not sure if she still works here but I thought I should warn people. Not dealing with that place because of her!

The parking here is terrible. You have to pay a lot for parking, and there is even a waiting list for a spot. The receptionist is also very rude. Even when you already paid for parking at the machine, she still leaves notes on cars saying you are not allowed to park there, even though the parkade is managed by Indigo

Do not put your loved one here!!! I would have given zero stars if I could have. The system has slapped my best friend in the dementia ward, but she has Multiple Sclerosis! They can’t help her there! The system held her in the hospital for over a year, disallowing her to return to the life she had lived alone for 20 years. Her financial affairs were forced to be unattended, and she lost her home, her electric wheelchair, and independence completely. She’s only 41. The problem is she can’t speak legibly due to MS. She has no family to help her out of that dementia ward. I can only help so much as I am not family. They have no aids to enable her to be independent, so now she’s in diapers. She gets food poisoning more than once a month. I appreciate they are trying to help as there was nowhere else for her to go, but they are not helping her. She says she is now becoming more and more disabled from being forced to a bed (I take her out and she’s good, she can still text me). She can’t afford the cost there. The food is terrible. There isn’t a change machine for her to do laundry although they require her to pay with coins but she can’t go anywhere!? It’s unbelievable.
