For over two and a half years, I have experienced compassionate, respectful, and dignified care from Janice Care Services. From assistance with showering to gentle foot care delivered with tenderness and attention to detail, to thoughtful meal preperation and more, I have always felt genuinely cared for. What has stood out most to me is how genuine the care truly is. I have never felt like just another client or part of someone's routine. They are sincerely happy to see me, they check in on how I'm doing, and we share wonderful conversations that go both ways. There is a real human connection and mutual care, where we listen to one another's ups and downs and celebrate life's little moments together. That warmth and kindness have meant more to me than words can express. In many ways, it feels as though a dear friend is coming to visit each time. That sense of warmth, companionship, and genuine care has brought so much joy and comfort into my life, while their unwavering professionalism and dedication to their work remain evident in every visit. Exceptional care is rare, and genuine compassion even more so. This company has changed our lives. JCS looks after my husband who has Parkinsons, and they have given me such peace of mind. I've been with JCS for a year now, and have tried agencies before them. JCS goes way above and beyond anything we ever expected. They work very hard to maintain such a high degree of care. Every one of their staff is absolutely incredible, and management is by far the best. They always communicate and they spend a lot of effort in the upkeep of their care. I can attest to the fact that there isn't another company like this. I really hope that others in need of care read this. Especially today, people should really know about JCS.

Janis care took care of my dad in his last few years. They did such an amazing job considering his physical and mental shape. He looked forward to their care. When my dad stayed with me for a a few days while moving, Claire, always wanting to keep busy, cleaned my place up! It was such a pleasant surprise. Amazing! Thank you so much!
