Cherry and JTRC provided wonderful care services for my sister when we really needed it. Cherry was very helpful in helping us navigate through the WRHA support process and also in arranging extra care on short notice. The personnel provided were so kind and supportive. My sister has now moved into a personal care home but I don't know how we could have managed the last several months without their help.

JTRC provided home care for our elderly mother after hip replacement surgery in July 2025. They were absolutely amazing! All the staff was so kind, friendly and capable. They cared for our mother like she was their own! The staff were clearly smart and experienced, and had great ideas for helping our mom progress in her healing. We were very impressed with the JTRC staff and management, and would highly recommend them.

Cherry and her staff are phenomenal. Cherry is accessible 24/7 which is so much appreciated as emergencies always seem to happen after hours. She provided wonderful support for our family during several crises and we can’t thank her enough.
