Steve was very helpful setting up a temporary 2x per week home care at our seasonal home for my wife who has Alzheimers. Courtney S was a perfect companion for my wife. She exhibits patience and understanding as well as being an excellent self starter. She exudes quiet competence and caring.

Initially had problems arranging transportation for my brother from the Hamlets in Westsyde to RIH, but after talking to Steve it was all arranged in minutes. Steve was so professional and awesome to deal with. Will use this company again every time transportation is required.

Steve is very friendly and easy to talk to. He was able to arrange care very quickly and we could customize it to our changing needs. April is fantastic - a genuinely caring, warm, bright person and my grandmother really bonded with her. Definitely true to their company name - just like family.
