We feel incredibly fortunate to have our parents living at Kildonan House. The staff are amazing, the meals are always great, and it’s wonderful to see the building continually being updated and cared for. Most of all, we have such peace of mind knowing there is always someone looking out for our mom and dad, and there always seems to be something for them to do and enjoy. My parents often comment on the kind and thoughtful things the staff do for them, which means so much to our family. And I have to mention the guest suite! It feels like staying in a five-star hotel, which makes visiting our parents even more comfortable and enjoyable. A huge thank you to all the staff at Kildonan House for the care, kindness and dedication you show every day. You truly make a difference—not only for our parents, but for our whole family. We appreciate you more than you know!

Absolutely horrible management team. Visited my grandmother and could not help but notice the inadequacies of how management operates. I quickly noticed how they mistreat their staff, singling workers out and reprimanding them for extremely small issues that can be resolved with simple warning. Really aggressive and strange.

From the entrance being decorated with flowers to seasonal displays you come in always treated like FAMILY My family have been there over two years Mom passed in May Dad is well taken care of with daily routine for his daily life to be FOOD and cleaning is such a great relief pleasure to know dad can enjoy just having those daily things are in place for his wellbeing and comfort KH love all your hearts from building this place to all the final details for our older parents Thank you for being called and running with this place in your hearts to know our families our in homes with love and care GOD BLESS you all in running with this for our loved ones YOU have BIG Hearts 🫶 S Dueck and our families
