The management provides very poor customer service; some of the staff have a bad attitude. A month's rent of nearly $5,000 was taken from my bank account after I moved out of the residence, and it was very difficult to get a refund.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BRING YOUR PARENTS/GRANDPARENTS/UNCLES/AUNTS HERE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEM. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY. I AM WARNING YOU. WE CAME HERE THINKING PRIVATE WOULD BE OF BETTER SERVICE AND CLASS BUT WE WERE COMPLETELY WRONG. THEY WILL MILK YOU FOR EVERY PENNY, GUILT YOU INTO NOT CARING FOR YOUR PARENTS, AND TREAT YOU LIKE GARBAGE DESPITE PAYING THOUSANDS. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE HORRIBLE.
