A heartfelt thank you to Salwa for the exceptional support she provided while helping my father find the right residence. She was professional, patient, and incredibly compassionate throughout the entire process. Salwa took the time to answer all our questions, explain every step clearly, and guide us through the paperwork with great care. Her dedication and genuine concern made a difficult decision much easier for our family. I cannot say enough good things about Salwa! She took me by the hand and guided me through every step of finding a residence for my father-in-law. She patiently explained the entire process, helped me with all the paperwork, and made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. Hello today my wife went to help a friend join Les Résidences Soleil Manoir Laval and she was impressed with the professionalism of Salwa Serhane, accommodation advisor, who went above and beyond to inform our friend of all the services available. Her patience, friendliness and warmth made our friend feel very comfortable and welcome. We will highly recommend that place to anyone who wants to find out about the residence Soleil in Laval. We recommend asking to be serve by Salwa to give them a tour and an overlook of all the amenities available. While visiting the future apartment of our friend that will move in in a few days we met some residents who spoke highly of the place and one in particular who has been there for over 10 years. Amazing service ❤️ to Salwa
