Hello, I would like to share my impressions of the Laval-Ouest Residence. My mother lived there for almost nine months. From the very beginning, during our visit, we were won over. The staff were extraordinary in their care of my mother. Each time I visited, I found her always happy in her new living environment. It was very reassuring for her family. Finally, a big thank you to the director, Ms. Nancy, for her availability, her medical team, the dining room staff, and so on. I highly recommend this residence. You won't regret it. Richard Chayer

My mom has been at residence Laval ouest for 1 year. This residence has a caring knowledgeable staff. They go above and beyond for my mother. Shout out to Odinga and Mrs.Mc Can.
