    From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the warmth and sense of community. The staff are truly exceptional—kind, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to the well-being and happiness of every resident. The suites are safe and comfortable. It brings such peace of mind knowing that loved ones are cared for with such compassion and respect.

    My mother is currently a resident at Horizon Place since May 2023. The meals at this time were very filling, well cooked and enjoyable to eat. Now the food is overcooked, too spicy and not enough or the same food (veg) served 3 to 4 times a week. The quality has gone down terribly. She is leaving the table dissatisfied. She is very self sufficient and needs very little care. She enjoys living here, but the quality of the food needs to change. She has spoken to staff along with many other residents. Nothing has been improved.
