Poor quality of food, no meal planning or dietary needs met. Salty foods, deep fried foods served to seniors? It is very odd to see this treatment, the residents pay so much for meals. They should fire the caterer and hire a real chef. Someone who cares about food and has a passion for serving healthy meal options. My elderly mother was served 5 mozza sticks for a meal. She has celiac. What is wrong with you to treat seniors like that. That is elder abuse. Currently they can't control their bedbug issue. You shouldn't charge people their entire pension to live in a shoebox and possibly be bitten by bugs every night. You shouldn't be profiting off of elderly people who lived their entire lives to work for a pension. You shouldn't be letting people suffer on their way out and suck every penny from them in the process. You people should be ashamed of yourselves. I hope one day you enjoy the same luxuries you have provided your tenants.

Met enthusiastic residents who wish they had moved here sooner. Choice events ongoing. Management much appreciated. Panoramic view of Bess/City Park is startling. Always a surprise when I go there. Like the $100 cash lineup on Thursdays ! You will be in awe of the attractive designer Courtyard !
