I had to remove two stars because my grandmother has lived there for years and receives excellent service, except that one of your receptionists at the entrance seems genuinely frustrated with life. She speaks to me and my grandmother with a lack of patience and tact. Even though I explained that I was only there for a visit, she questioned me in a rude tone. I really don't appreciate this person; she has gray hair and wears glasses. Please pass on the message to her that politeness and respect are essential. I have never had any problems with the other receptionists; they are very kind. Thank you for taking the necessary steps; we are counting on you.
