The nurses don’t care for the residences they yell at them they deny to call 911 if there sick so sad that I always have to take my grandma to the hospital myself

I was visiting my father at Main Street Terrace today, and I was really disappointed by what I witnessed. While I was there, I heard the manager, Michelle, yelling at the employees. The way she spoke to them came across as very condescending and disrespectful. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere, especially in a place where residents and their families expect a caring and professional environment. The staff seemed to be working hard, and no one deserves to be spoken to that way. Management sets the tone for the entire facility, and based on what I observed, there is room for significant improvement in how employees are treated. I hope Main Street Terrace addresses this issue because respectful leadership is important for both the staff and the residents they care for. I do not feel comfortable knowing that this is what's happening here.

Home is located on a busy street (Main street) and can be loud form traffic as my neighbours have shared. Their loved one here (female) is currently sharing a room with a male.-not by choice!
