Terrible care home. The staff is incredibly incompetent, both on the floor and in management. They neglect and mistreat the elderly. We've filed several complaints. If you're reading this review, believe me... I'm a nurse! By the way, there aren't any nurses in this retirement home! No one deserves this. They also have the nerve to charge for services not rendered. It's awful there. Go to a public facility!!!! If I could, I would have given it zero stars!!

My father is very happy there and Julie takes good care of him. I recommend it to anyone worried about their parent with Alzheimer's; they reassured and helped me a great deal.
