It is with immense gratitude that I wish to express my heartfelt thanks to the Sercan Palliative Care Home. The dignity and gentleness with which my friend was cared for during his stay deeply touched me. I was particularly impressed by the dedication, compassion, and professionalism of every member of staff. Their presence and support were an invaluable comfort to his friends and family.
