Horrible customer service. They refuse to speak English to the public and will hang up on you when you contact them. If you are seeking care for your non-francophone speaking loved one, best to avoid.

This residence is extremely disappointing. Communication with the staff is difficult. It's very hard to get information about my mother's care (almost nothing is recorded). The frequency and quality of care are problematic. Employees have difficulty speaking French/English. The owners are absent. And to top it all off, they charge exorbitant prices for the services offered. Believe me, avoid it!
