It's a family-run private seniors' residence (RPA) close to shops and services in the middle of the city. It welcomes retirees who are independent or have a mild loss of autonomy, and the family behind it has been building seniors' housing for over 30 years.
Options include rooms with services, apartments with services and a separate wing of apartments without services for active retirees.
Rooms come with three meals a day, medication distribution, weekly housekeeping and laundry and a 24/7 call system, with nursing and personal care available à la carte. Rents qualify for Quebec's home support tax credit for seniors.
