An exceptional residence where residents are treated with respect, kindness, and dignity. The staff is attentive, responsive, and does everything possible to provide a warm and safe living environment. The premises are clean, welcoming, and have a family atmosphere. You can tell that the well-being of the residents is a daily priority. A warm and welcoming residence where you quickly feel at home. The staff is attentive, respectful, and always responsive to the residents and their families. The worst place we could have send our loved ones! They didn’t respect the lease and do whatever they want! No accountability and no respect for either the family or our elderly! If I could give MINUS 5 stars, I would!!
