An exceptional residence where residents are treated with respect, kindness, and dignity. The staff is attentive, responsive, and does everything possible to provide a warm and safe living environment. The premises are clean, welcoming, and have a family atmosphere. You can tell that the well-being of the residents is a daily priority. I wholeheartedly recommend the Mary Elizabeth Residence to anyone looking for a place where their loved ones will be in good hands.

A warm and welcoming residence where you quickly feel at home. The staff is attentive, respectful, and always responsive to the residents and their families. The meals are excellent, the facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the activities create a wonderful living atmosphere. You can tell that the residents' well-being is a priority. I wholeheartedly recommend Résidence Mary-Elizabeth to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and welcoming living environment.

The worst place we could have send our loved ones! They didn’t respect the lease and do whatever they want! No accountability and no respect for either the family or our elderly! If I could give MINUS 5 stars, I would!!
