My mother stayed at Manoir St-Joseph for just a few months, and I am extremely grateful for the quality of care and support they provided us daily. The staff is so kind, respectful, attentive, and dedicated. They are always responsive, and communication with them is always simple, clear, and honest. They are all truly compassionate people, from the director (responsible for admissions, among other things) to the staff (licensed nurses, personal support workers, housekeeping staff, receptionists, doctor, etc.) and the contracted resources (Sonia the hairdresser and Maria for foot care). Furthermore, the rooms and common areas are always very clean, and the environment is safe. For our family and for my mother, Manoir St-Joseph was an exceptional place to stay.
