  I'm writing this as someone who lives close to this place. I do not know who runs this place that thinks it's ok to consistently put large trash items like a metal hospital bed, furniture pieces and pallets out on the sidewalk and leave it there for weeks and months. I can't believe this needs to be said but it's disgusting and inconsiderate and I hope it's not a reflection of what's going on inside the facility. PLEASE DISPOSE PROPERLY OF YOUR TRASH!! Especially large pieces!

  My husband joined Mariann Home on February 22, 2024. I met some of the staff and nurses to name a few Jia-Ling who has always answered my questions to the best of her ability. She is soft spoken,very caring and patient. Erly was very thorough explaining all the paper work. Bernard is very respectful and always greets me with a smile. The nurses, Kaye, Florence, Irene Lauren Iris and Joe are very kind,caring and patient .They always keep me posted with what is going on with Abul. I cannot thank you all enough and let's not get forget the PSWS as well You will always be in my prayers and may His Almighty always shower upon you all His blessings💕

  My Grandmother was in Marianne home for approximately 3.5 years. She just passed this August 2021. The service and staff are totally rude and unprofessional. There was a time when she was sent downstairs for a meal with NO PANTS on. Her health started to deteriorate a couple of months if that before her passing. We were asking why her head is always hanging down and not using the head rest on her wheelchair. (she could not walk). She was asleep 98% of the time within the last month or so. We kept asking the home /Shannon and Bernard what was wrong with her...never an answer. I have emailed Bernard 3 times now and not 1 single reply RUDE!! My Gran was rushed to the hospital 3 days before she passed. She died of an UTI that was very obviously overlooked. How can someone who was so out of it and had dementia tell the staff she was not well??!! She did not die from her diabetes, nor from a stroke nor from dementia. This could have been prevented if she received proper care. WE will NEVER EVER recommend this place. Old, filthy and run by rude and unprofessional people who don't care. My last few visits where never put in the book as per Bernard told me personally on the phone that he would do it himself. Never did. We could have had a bit more precious time with my Gran if she was treated properly. Also what is it with re-using previous patients clothes? Alot of her clothes were NOT even her's and they even sent them to my Poppa after the fact even the ones that had big slits in the back. Disgusting and pathetic.
