  When we unexpectedly needed 24 hour care for my dad due to mom going into hospital, Home Instead were recommended by their retirement residence. They were extremely responsive and were able to set up care immediately. The PSW’s assigned to dad were all fabulous. They were very caring, friendly and professional, and encouraged him to join in the activities available in his home. I highly recommend Home Instead for anyone looking for support for their loved ones.

  My Parents needed help and I didn’t know what to do. My Mom has Alzheimer’s and my father was bedridden. I was so fortunate to come across this company. They have wonderful care givers and I was so comforted knowing they were with my mom and dad. Bahareh was amazing! She cooked wonderful homemade meals for them and keep the house immaculate and laundry was always done. She would help with anything my parents needed. She was very kind. Ursula was also amazing! She would help my mom a lot with her Alzheimer’s through word searches and games. I appreciate these people more than I can express through this review.

  I cannot thank Lavern enough for the care she has shown my mother. Lavern took such incredible care of my mother, who has advanced dementia. She went above and beyond, her kindness and genuine compassion made a huge difference in my mom’s well-being. Her patience and ability to connect with her were exceptional. I witnessed her patiently engage my mother, even when she was confused and frustrated. Lavern always knew just how to redirect her in a calming way, and she genuinely made my mother feel valued and understood. We are so grateful for her compassionate approach. I have been really impressed with the level of communication from Home Instead office. They always keep us informed about any schedule changes, and if there’s ever a shift in staff, they let us know well in advance. I always receive timely updates. I appreciate that they check in periodically to see how things are going and if there’s anything more they can do. Their attention to detail and commitment to keeping us in the loop has made all the difference in our experience.
