  The staff at Delmanor Elgin mills have helped us to deal with the loss of my parents through dementia and the subsequent loss of my mother. They are so kind and loving and have always supported my parents and our family. They really know my parents and have always treated them so kindly and respectfully. Before my mom passed away she expressed one of the PSWs (Dulce) tucked her in so sweetly it was like her mother saying good night. But so many of their staff are like that too. The nurses are on top of my parent’s health and keep us aware of what’s going on. Tania and the Lannie’s saved my mother’s life more than once by offering advice on how to proceed. Jane in the memory care ward took on my father’s care today is showing already that she can deal with the issues around cognitive impairment. The resident handy man comes in some weekends to play jazz music and tries to be helpfuk where possible. The concierge Phillip is like my dad’s personal assistant with a smile. HNicole is so patient with our many inquiries about billing, and the marketing people Susan and Hannah always check in on us. It’s very low key but if you’re looking for a safe and loving place with wonderful staff and residents I highly recommended it. I’m sorry to the staff that I haven’t named but there’s just too many to name. Thank you all.

  Delmanor Elgin Mills is a wonderful choice for a retirement residence in Richmond Hill, ON. I have visited this location to do my regular music program for several years. I have known many of the residents for a long time and they are very happy there. Many are dear friends with each other. The staff consistently goes above and beyond for their residents! There is always someone close by in case someone needs anything, and the reception staff can answer any question very quickly. The residence is always clean and fresh; there is always something interesting for the residents to do in the way of programs and outings. The nursing staff are very attentive to residents. There are also beautiful and fun seasonal decorations throughout the year. You will often hear laughter in the halls and there is always a friendly face to greet you. I recommend Delmanor Elgin Mills as a great place for any senior to live!

  My Father and his wife moved into Delmanor just over a year ago and absolutely love it. There are always activities for them to participate in if they wish or a friendly face to say hello and have a chat. The staff are friendly, kind and always willing to help. During the pandemic they have worked very hard to keep everyone safe and healthy and have done a great job!
