  My Uncle stayed at Brookside Court for 10 months - during this time, he enjoyed his living quarters, his meals, the care from friendly and compassionate staff. Everything was good! - he had stayed healthy all through the Winter and Summer months. We all feel that he had been so well cared for -- Thanks to the all the staff at Brookside!

  It's been just over one month since my mom has been at Brookside, and I've got to say it's been easier than I thought. My mom has alzheimer and we needed assistance that we couldn't provide at her home. We checked different places to find the retirement home that would provide the needed care for our mother. My brother and I dropped in a Brookside side one afternoon. Daniela at the front desk told us that Marjorie, the representative, was busy with another family and had asked us to have a seat, so we decided to wait. Daniela was very nice and compassionate. She came over and chatted with us. She made us feel more comfortable as we were dealing with feelings of guilt. Being Italian, we compared stories, and the time flew by. We met with Marjorie, who was very helpful and patient. She gave us a tour, found it very clean, well ventilated. The shower room separate from the room was a major factor for us, mainly the safety aspect. We basically decided after that meeting that this would be the best choice. Marjorie helped us through the process and survived the million questions. We want to thank all the Nurses, PSWs, and the kitchen Staff for their care and effort, it means a lot to us!! Thank you, Brookside, Casale Family..

  I recently had a few rounds of interactions with Brookside Court and would like to give a shout out to all staff that I've talked to, especially Marjorie! This place, although does not look fancy, is very clean and neat and every staff whom ever had an eye contact with me, always had a smile on their face. My mom has Parkinson and dementia issue, also had a good impression of this place. I very much enjoyed conversations with Marjorie, whether through face to face or via email/messages. She always made me feel that she is looking out for us - from everything this place can offer she would quickly point out the areas that can most accommodate to our needs. She was sincere and helped us with genuine care. I would recommend people looking for retirement home in this area, put this place on their list.
