My mother has been at this long term home for several months and has had a very positive experience. She enjoys the food and the staff have been kind. Thank you to the terrific staff who have made her feel safe and welcomed.

My dad is newly accepted to Mon Sheong Downtown location. This place is very cleaned and bright. Rooms are spacious on 2nd floor, it’s the Dementia secured units. Big shoutout to Jacky, nurses and home staffs over there who helped my dad’s settlement process smoothly. Very kind and full of caring staffs right here. My dad enjoys Chinese diets here in this home as well. Parking is an issues as the street parkings are always full. Underground parkings are staffs only so visitors have to find nearby parkings or public transits. On McCaul Street, there’s a private parking lot down there. Sign in and sign out process for entering or leaving the home are tight so make it quite secured.

Home Instead has been a god send for my family.. My grandmother suffers from Parkinson's disease and dementia and this journey has been nothing but heartbreaking. Thanks goodness for staff at this place. Instead who always manage to find someone to help us care for my grandma in ways that show they truly do care. Keeping her at home and safe is our first priority and clearly the team at this place instead does too... Thanks you to all of you for helping us navigating these difficult days....
