I was really impressed by the staffs in the front desk today when I visited to look for my friend. They went out of their way to help, even calling other long-term care centres to locate her. I truly appreciate their kindness and effort.

Reception is a bit rough. Once you get pass them, the nurses and support workers are friendly and helpful. The whole area is clean and well kept.

My grandma has been a resident of this facility for 2 years now during covid times. The staff is very nice and accommodating. They have been on top with their infection protocol and are timely on any updates on covid outbreaks and any changes that the family need to know about. My family and I have been very happy with Mon Sheong. Thank you for your services
