Worst nursing home ever!! Everyone there is soo rude, I have proofs that they hit the residents, please avoid this place at any cost, specially the director, we called trying to get help from him but he acted very rude, PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE

My mum stayed here for 8 years, the staff was great. The administration not so much. When she passed it was during covid, I could not collect her things due to not being allowed to to cross the border. During this time they assured me the few family memories I asked to be packed away (they refused to mail them) were safe in storage. Border opens, box nowhere to be found, no accountability, my mum's things gone and a very cold administration not wanting to take any form of responsibility.

My Mom was worried when she had to place my Dad in a home, but the staff here is amazing! They took the time to answer all her questions, and when she saw the facilities, she was extremely happy and reassured. Great place for your loved ones. Lots of activities and supervision.
