I received truly outstanding customer service from Spinola at Chartwell/Avondale when I spoke to hear on the phone this week. I was investigating a 2 week stay following total hip replacement at a Senior residence who offer Respite Care I had called 5 other facilities and had to leave voice mail messages with my inquiry, to date I had one email reply Spinola at Chartwell/Avondale was the only person that answered her phone line. She was professional, friendly and genuinely cared about helping me. Spinola said their facility offers Respite care but they have a thirty day requirement She went above and beyond and shared the name of the sales manager and a facility that she knew offered 2 week Respite care based on availability It’s rare to find this level of kindness today I am happy to say the facility she recommended had availability and is the right fit for my recovery needs Highly recommend Spinola at Chartwell/Avondale to anyone looking for exceptional service

From the very first moment of contact our experience with Chartwell Avondale has been outstanding! Spinola and Morgainne and all staff have warmly welcomed us and made us feel well cared for. Communication has been excellent and the suite my father is moving into is so perfect for his needs. The location is fantastic and the variety of activities is wonderful. I have peace of mind my father will be safe, happy and loved.

A wonderful community with a warm atmosphere. The staff is exceptionally kind and attentive, and it’s obvious that the residents are well-cared for because they always look so happy and content. If you are looking for a caring environment for your loved one in the heart of Leslieville, you should give them a call!
