My Dad has been living here for about 1 year. I can't say enough about all the staff and all the residents. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Jennifer, Vida, Yna, Julia Annie and Dave, just to name a few, are such amazing people. They really care about all the residents and their families! I have got to know so many different people here, and my Dad is well taken care of. Michael and Susan are such caring people as well! I could go on and on!!! Such a clean and welcoming place! And the meals are great! I would highly recommend this as a place to call home for an elderly parent or relative!

Jennifer was very friendly and greeted my mom at the door by name - which I felt added a lovely personal touch. She then took us on a nice long tour of the property, explained what they do, what they have, how everything works, and patiently answered all our questions. Looks like a great place.

I was a student there for 6 weeks. I got the opportunity to learn a lot. I have seen a strong connection between the residents and the staff which gives the vibe of a home and feels like a big family living together. I really enjoyed my placement there. I feel lucky to be the part of this home. Thank you Chartwell family for the wonderful experience.
