    This organization does not care about their employees and most of all do not care about the service they provide for the clients. They have a very big turn around in their employees due to how bad they treat them. Management is about their pay checks and what they can benefit from. They sent me on a stress leave that changed my life for ever. Please be aware if you are applying to work here. I have lots of colleagues who left with the same feelings. When accreditation comes around they will have you lie about the organization so they can keep running.

    0 Stars - Terrible company. Well, the PSW's are great but management sucks! Was a client for 4.5 years, then Covid hit and they dropped the ball. Sue Chisala the office manager is useless. Tanya McGill who was the area manager (before she was fired) yelled and screamed at me for 45 mins telling me she was going to personally se me evicted as according to "her medical opinion" even though she is not legally entitled to make medical diagnoses that I am NOT disabled!!! She said she would take great pleasure in walking past me on the street and laughing as I begged for change. Complained to top-level management - I was told I was lying!!! Now they have all new CEO, CFO etc. Still will not reinstate me as a client!!! —she Karin writes back as below a reply… Karin, I have reached out to so many people at Nucleus- via email as stated even to your new heads of state so to speak as they deign not to respond - so who the Hell am I supposed to contact???
