Chartwell’s staff exemplify professionalism and compassion. They are consistently dependable, flexible, and genuinely caring. It is deeply reassuring to know that my parents are in the hands of such trustworthy individuals, both day and night. The Health and Wellness manager, Kris, Joanne and staff also merit recognition. Concerns are not only acknowledged but addressed with clarity and action. Their responsiveness is timely, attentive, and solution‑focused to provide the best possible outcomes for the residents. Chartwell Oakville is an exceptionally well‑managed residence. Each time I call, I am promptly connected with a live representative who is prepared to assist, which speaks volumes about the facility’s commitment to service and operational excellence. It is, without question, a top‑tier community.

My sister has lived at Chartwell Oakville for just over a year. The staff are excellent, from the first person we met - the Retirement Living Consultant to the professional, lifestyle and management staff. The staff are all very kind and the residents are too. My sister enjoys living at Chartwell Oakville, living in a spacious apartment, and I have peace of mind knowing she is well taken care of. The staff have recommended relevant community programs and I am encouraged that my sister can continue to enjoy this safe environment for many years.

My brother lives at Oak Park Chartwell Retirement home for the last 18 months. The staff are all very helpful and pleasant. He has some medical issues and I am so pleased with the care he receives from the medical team, especially Suki and Joanne, and the Director ofCare -Kris. They have anticipated and acted on the needs my brother has. The facility offers many activities to ensure that the residents have the opportunity to engage, socially, . Opportunities to exercise as well as outings outside the resident setting such as trips, Niagara, etc. My brother‘s room is really nice. He has a balcony and and enough room to enjoy many of his articles he brought from his home . I recommend this as Great place to live in retirement MEO
