  My mom has been a long time resident at Palermo Village. She has a beautiful suite with a great view that she has been able to decorate and make her home. The on-site leadership and the whole team are very engaged in looking after the home and the needs of the residents. The condition of the home is very clean and almost looks like new. Residents have input and direct line to Management through a Resident Council. There is a good selection of food choices to meet resident preferences. All in all, it’s been a great place for her to call home and she feels very at home in such a warm and caring environment.

  My mother had an excellent respite stay at Palermo. She enjoyed her two weeks there, and we would easily recommend Palermo to friends and family. The suite was spacious, the dining room was lively, the menu was varied and delicious, and the common areas were immaculate and elegant. Most of all, we appreciated the staff. All of the staff we encountered were kind, caring, helpful, and attentive. Management staff are organized and possess exceptional communication skills, making it a pleasure to correspond with them. If you are considering a stay at Palermo, you can proceed with confidence. The overall level of service is superior — we would return in a heartbeat. My mother and I extend our sincere thanks to everyone at Palermo who made her stay wonderful. 💖

  Palermo has been amazing for my mom, she moved in about 6months ago, she is always saying how she enjoys it. We toured other retirement facilities, but fell in love with Palermo and its staff. Prit (manager) was Very accommodating and understanding my mom‘s needs And was able Help us get my mom into a suite before she sold her house. Also, it is very clean and all staff is extremely friendly. The cuisine is very good. Every time that I have joined her for dinner or lunch I have left pleased with what I have eaten. Every time I ask my mom, how was dinner or lunch? She says “it was delicious” The Chef is doing an amazing job coming up with different meals all the time and the Waitstaff is extremely friendly and knows everyone’s name. I am very pleased with what Palermo Has been doing with my mom. She has been extremely happy and enjoys living there I have already been recommending Palermo to colleagues of mine so whose parents are ageing and looking into retirement facilities. My mom is in the right place with Palermo and I trust that they take care of her. I would give Palermo 10 stars if there is an option.
