This place is amazing 👏 kudos to all who have a hand in making this a special place for all seniors. I was recommended by my moms social worker and boy I was blown away. It's right near the water so some units have amazing views! You walk in and there is a small grocery store and a retail store. Then a pharmacy on the right side. A nurses station is also on the main floor. There is a community room for all to gather and a dining room with beautiful views of outside. There are 9 floors and apparently every floor has a common room with a table chairs fridge which is stocked with water and juices. The units are quaint and clean. (the entire building is super clean and there is no smell) The rooms are a perfect size and there is more then enough room for one person. They have there own thermostats and that's a big deal for my mom who is alway cold. There are PSW's nurses, always someone around to help. When I brought my mom just this week they had ballroom dancing as one of their activities. So cute! And there are many more activities that they offer. I want to give a shout out to Ronny Lynn. The coordinator that handled everything for us. She is the epitome of customer service. She made us feel so comfortable, like she was hugging us for the entire tour and all that followed. She was reasurring and made my mom feel super comfortable. She even told my mom once she comes aboard that she will personally introduce my mom to the 3 Italian ladies that live there. Not gonna lie my moms eyes were full of joy and started crying. There is also a chapel which my mom was thrilled about. There's a doctor that comes once a month as well. So convenient. I was super happy with all the amenities and I am sure my mom will love the next chapter of her life with the special people of the OSCR.
