From the outset, their passion for the work they do and their commitment to the people they serve was clear. They were collaborative, open, and deeply invested in ensuring their story was told with authenticity and care. Omni Quality Living provided a welcoming environment for both our video and photography team, making it easy to capture genuine moments that reflect the heart of their organization. Their staff and community members were incredibly generous with their time and trust, which allowed us to create meaningful, story-driven content. We’re proud of what we created together and grateful for the opportunity to help share the impactful work Omni Quality Living is doing.

  Unfortunately my father was sent here by my sisters who took arbitrary control over his end of days care. They called all the shots but never visited him. If you want to advocate for your parent please ensure it’s spelled out before a crisis demands and affords the wrong person to slide in and take the helm. They denied extra care to supplement his stay , though he had ample assets in savings. He died within ten months of his stay at Forest Hill , in Kanata. A new director there , Nicole did not and would not adequately answer my concerns for my dads care because I was not “ designated decision maker “. After my dads death she continues to not answer any of my emails even though I’m co executor of my dads estate. I personally found her dismissive and disrespectful towards me as I attempted to advocate for my fathers well being. Even when my father was dying , I called in from out of the country and was told by the nurse on his Alzheimer’s floor that she couldn’t discuss his medical condition with me. WHAT , pure insanity. Give me a break. I found out two days later that my dad died. I would never put a loved one in the care of this organization. Find private care. These are terrible conditions to end your days in.
