I have a very good experience with them. The Psw always call ahead, give excellent service to my mom what she needs and they are very punctual too. Multiple staff come but they are all very good. Thank you for taking good care of my mom.

Paramed Oakville,very good place to work, peaceful,lovely and welcoming set of Administrative staff,(Karen and other senior staff,whatever your case their smile will cool down your brain😊the IT department are very efficient (IsLAm)just say it,is fixed. They schedule you according to your availability, and you can change if need be. And they never toy with your safety,that is their first priority . And care so much about the Clients, make sure every complains from the clients are adequately attended to at the right time.

The office staff is Completely inept and incompetent and they cannot follow simple instructions. Over 2 years I have stated THE SAME request OVER and OVER and OVER and today Feb 19th they have got my instructions WRONG AGAIN. Incredibly INCOMPETENT
