Oh my goodness, where do I begin. We moved our beloved Mom into Parkville Manner in September 2023. It has been the most pleasant experience and that we have ever had, everything went so smoothly, the staff were so accommodating. It’s a very difficult thing to see your parents age, but Parkville Manner has been 100% helpful in every way, accommodating in every way possible and beyond, they’re lovely to deal with and the manor itself is immaculate. The staff are so very friendly and helpful, they have made this process more than bearable. The very best part about Parkville Manor is the food. The food has been exquisite. They have their own chef who cooks food that is fresh every day they provide three meals a day plus snacks. They also have many activities that make residents feel like they belong to something very special, a family. My family and I laugh because we say that my mom is living at the Taj Mahal. If anyone is having second thoughts about placing their loved one into Parkville Manor, drop those thoughts immediately!! you have nothing whatsoever to worry about. They will take care of everything and they go over and above in making your loved one feel welcome.

Excellent food with multiple choices per meal made by a certified chef. Rooms are significantly larger than you’d expect. Studio suites are set up as one bedroom suites with large windows overlooking the river. Management is superb providing extremely high quality care. 24 hour call buttons in each room. Every part of the retirement home is spotless. They allow family to feel at ease knowing their loved ones are well cared for, happy and as comfortable as possible while maintaining a high level of independence.
