I had an excellent experience with this company. They were recommended to me by Ajax Pickering Hospital after my 18-month-old suffered superficial burns on his left hand. The nurses visited our home for two weeks to provide his care, and they were incredibly kind, patient, and gentle with him. Bandage changes were understandably uneasy for him, but they always made the process as comfortable and reassuring as possible. They were also very accommodating with our schedule and always worked around our availability. They made sure we were well stocked with the supplies we needed throughout his treatment, which made the entire process much less stressful. I truly appreciated their compassion, professionalism, and the exceptional care they provided. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Partners has been the best job i've had in my nursing career so far. It has been such a pleasure and I feel so seen and heard. Heidi, Heather, Vishanti and Dillon and all the staff make me feel welcomed, safe to learn and grow and offer me opportunities to expand my career and skills while prioritizing balancing work and life. I came across this company in 2014. The office staff and the nurses are friendly and wonderful to deal with. The best agency in Whitby hands down!
